摘要

分别采用带锯、多片锯和带锯/多片锯联合锯解法,进行三种不同径级的巨尾桉原木锯解,探索桉木实木衣架用材最佳锯解方式。结果表明:带锯锯解法用时最长、效率最低,但出材率最高;带锯与多片锯联合锯解法的效率与出材率均次之;多片锯锯解法用时最短,效率最高,但出材率最低。三种锯解方式均以大径级材的出材率最高。

Abstract

The Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla logs in different diameters were selected and sawed by band saw,multiple blade saw and multiple blade saw combined with band saw,respectively.Yield rate of lumber and work efficiency corresponding to each sawing method were evaluated.The results showed that the band saw method presented the longest working time,but had the highest yield rate of lumber;while the multiple blade saw presented the shortest working time and had the highest working efficiency with the lowest yielding rate of lumber.The large diameter logs showed the highest yielding rate of lumber regardless of what kind of the sawing method was used.
