Various mass ratios of bamboo fiber(BF)and wood fiber(WF)were used to prepare BF/WF/PP composites with 50% of Polypropylene(PP)fiber. The effects of BF on physical and mechanical properties,as well as the micro morphology of the composites were investigated. The results showed that the water resistance of the composites samples was enhanced with higher percentage of BF.The composites with 25%BF showed the best mechanical properties.Optimized mass ratio of bamboo/wood fibers was BF∶WF=25∶25.The properties of the composite samples meet the requirements of TL 52448-1998.
