摘要

针对木门门扇加工急需解决门扇自动进料问题,根据门扇结构特点及各工序产能要求,设计开发出真空平移机。通过总体方案设计、零部件结构设计与分析计算,建立真空平移机的三维模型;根据控制要求和技术参数,开发触摸屏界面的上位机,实现整个系统的监控和通信,满足门扇自动上料的使用要求,促进木门生产的自动化。

Abstract

A vacuum chuck was designed and developed to automatically transport door leaves based on the structural characteristics of the door leaves and the capacity requirements of production processes. A three-dimensional model of the vacuum chuck was established through an overall program design,component structure design, analysis and calculation. A touch screen interface PC was developed for the monitoring and communication system according to control requirements and technical parameters.The chuck could be used to automatically load door leaves and to promote automation of wooden door production.
