摘要

新常态下,集成材制造行业传统的"人海战术"和大规模单机生产方式弊端日益突出。面对减员增效、提高出材率、产品个性化与定制化等需求,采用先进的制造技术与装备,机器换人、因材下料,是企业实现生产过程的高度自动化和智能化的有效途径。

Abstract

In the "New Normal" economic times, traditional labor intensive and mass of stand-alone production mode for edge-glued lumber are facing great challenges, resulting in huge needs to reduce workers, improve timber yield and make customized products.One of the most effective ways in the future to is to use more advanced manufacturing technology and equipment for edge-glued lumber production to replace more operators and make the best use of the wood materials according to natural characteristics.
