摘要

为提高我国木门喷涂装备的自动化程度,采用自动接送料控制技术、180°自动翻转控制技术、门扇尺寸自动补偿技术、门扇自动喷涂技术等,开发出集自动接料、自动送料、自动翻转、自动升降、自动转角、自动喷涂于一体的数控木门四工位自动喷涂机,减少木门油漆喷涂的工艺流程,缩短生产周期,其适用于不同规格木门油漆喷涂加工。

Abstract

In order to up-grade automation level of painting spraying for wooden door manufacturing,automatic feeding control technology,automatic control technology of 180°flipping,automatic compensation technology of door leaf size as well automatic spraying technology were applied to develop an automatic painting spraying machine with automatic feeding,automatic flip down,automatic turning,automatic spraying with four workstations.It will greatly help to shorten production cycle,simplify working processes and improve spraying quality of door leafs.
