摘要

木地板锁扣技术是木地板行业的核心技术之一,亦是引发专利纠纷的技术点。通过对全球木地板锁扣技术专利文献的搜集整理、定量分析、定性调研与专家咨询,从总体趋势、地域分布、主要申请人、关键技术分类、核心专利等多个视角,揭示全球木地板锁扣技术专利态势,并比较国内外木地板锁扣技术专利申请活动,为国内相关企业的技术研发和专利战略制定提供参考。

Abstract

Locking technology is one of the key technologies in wood flooring manufacturing and installation,is an area where patent disputes are often found.The authors collected global patent data for wood flooring locking technologies and analyzed overall tendency,technology lifecycle,geographical distribution,active applicants,key technology classifications and key patents.They also compared the Chinese and global patenting activities and made suggestions for technology innovation and patent strategy development in this field in the future.
