摘要

通过复分解反应,制备出难溶于水的无机硼酸盐,并测定其有效成分的质量分数和难溶硼酸盐处理材的硼流失率。结果表明:与硼砂处理材相比,难溶硼酸盐处理材的硼流失率均有不同程度的降低;水溶型制剂处理材的硼流失率在83.2%～96.8%之间,有机溶剂型制剂处理材中,硼的流失率低至2.7%。

Abstract

Water-insoluble inorganic borates with different formulations were prepared through the aqueous double decomposition reaction and used to treat wood samples in this study.The leaching rates of boron from the samples under different inorganic borate formulations were determined according to the American Wood Protection Association standard of AWPA E11-06.The results showed that boron leaching rates from different formulations were considerably different.For water-soluble borates,boron leaching rates from treated samples were between 83.2% and 96.8%.However,the organic solvent-based oleic acid treated samples only showed a 2.7% boron leaching rate.
