摘要

针对板式定制家具生产现有分拣模式的问题和弊端,结合智能分拣系统理论,搭建板式定制家具智能分拣系统关键技术架构,包括:信息采集技术、智能机械设备、MES系统、WMS仓库管理系统。并详细介绍条形码识别技术、射频识别技术、立体库货架、分拣机器人、输送线设备的功能,为板式定制家具企业高效率、低成本、低错误率的分拣作业提供借鉴。

Abstract

To solve manual sorting problems,a key technical framework including information collection technology,intelligent machinery,MES and WMS etc.was developed for customized panel furniture manufacturing,based on smart sorting concept and theory.The functions of bar code recognition technology,radio frequency identification technology,three-dimensional library shelves,sorting robots,conveyor equipment were introduced in detail.The application of the smart sorting system is recommended for improving production efficiency as well as lowering cost and error rates in customized panel furniture manufacturing.
