摘要

为了提高进口材的有效利用率,依照国家标准,研究我国市场上用量较大的典型进口阔叶树木材——桃花心木的性能。结果表明:桃花心木木材的气干密度属于中等等级;差异干缩较小,尺寸稳定性能较好;顺纹抗剪强度达到高等级,硬度较大,抗弯强度为中等级,但抗弯弹模和冲击韧性较低,综合强度评价属于低等材级别。在加工利用时,应根据其材质特性而物尽其用。

Abstract

In order to improve utilization of imported wood, wood properties of imported Swietenia macrophylla wood which was widely used at in China was tested and evaluated according to relevant Chinese national standards.The results showed that: 1) air-dry density grade of the wood was classified as medium with smaller differential shrinkage and better dimensional stability in dry shrinkage. 2) comprehensive strength evaluation grade of the wood was classified as low with high shearing-strength parallel to grain, big hardness, medium bending strength but poor bending modulus of elasticity and poor impact toughness.Therefore, it was suggested that characteristics of the wood properties should be fully considered to make better use of the wood.
