以聚乙烯膜和柚木薄木为试材,考察等离子体处理进给速度、热压温度、压力及时间等工艺参数对聚乙烯膜增强柚木薄木性能的影响。结果表明:热压温度对柚木薄木剥离强度和横向抗拉强度的影响极显著,等离子体处理进给速度的影响显著。在等离子体进给速度3 m/min,热压压力0.8 MPa、温度135℃、时间150 s等较优条件下,柚木薄木的剥离强度达0.51 k N/m,抗拉强度达4.13 MPa,柔韧性检测钢棒直径可小至4 mm,浸渍剥离达到I类要求。
Abstract
Flexible decorative veneers were made by low temperature plasma treatment to improve the interface between teak veneers and low density polyethylene(LDPE) films. The veneers and films were then joined by hot-pressing.Results showed that peel strength and transverse tensile strength were most significantly impacted by hot pressing temperature followed by plasma processing speed.Optimal technology for making the veneers was 0.8 MPa of hot-pressing pressure,135℃of temperature,150 s of pressure time and 3 m/min of plasma processing speed.0.51 k N/m of peel strength,4.13 MPa of transverse tensile strength and good flexibility of the veneers were achieved under the above manufacturing parameters.
