摘要

为改善传统浸注方法的浸注效果,探讨了压缩预处理对小径级杉木浸注效果的影响。结果表明:与对照组试材相比,压缩组试材的浸注量、透入率、透入面积比率和相对染色深度,分别增加21.83 kg/m3、8.21%、24.49%和39.23%,浸注效果改善显著,有一定的工业应用潜力。

Abstract

A Compression pretreatment experiment was conducted to improve the impregnation of small-sized Chinese fir logs. The results showed that compared with the controls, the impregnation amount, the penetration percentage, the ratio of penetration area and the relative dyeing depth of the pre-compressed products increased by 21.83 kg/m3, 8.21%, 24.49% and 39.23%, respectively. It can be concluded that the compression pretreatment could improve impregnation of the small-sized Chinese fir logs significantly.
