摘要

对中密度纤维板生产线冬季时各工段空气中的甲醛含量,进行了多点测试,重点监测了铺装机、热压机周边的游离甲醛含量,并分析其平面分布规律。研究表明:热磨车间、操控室空气中的甲醛含量不会危害工人健康;成品库内需要通风处理;铺装和热压工段甲醛平均含量值超标,应采取通风或防护措施。

Abstract

The authors evaluated the free formaldehyde concentration at different sections of a MDF production line with capacity of 200 000 m3/a,with special attention in the area around the forming machine and hot-press.The results showed that the formaldehyde concentration was less than 0.12mg/m3 in the control room and defibrator workroom which means it can meet the standard requirements.The formaldehyde concentration in the store house was 0.16 mg/m3,thus requiring ventilation.The formaldehyde concentration in the forming and hot-pressing areas was 0.33mg/m3 and 0.86 mg/m3,respectively,requiring measures to improve the ventilation or to add worker safety facilities.
