摘要

介绍了一种在原有实木复合门的生产工艺基础上,以普通木材指接材为基材,以珍贵树种木材制成的薄木为饰面材料,辅以人造板材料生产的成套实木复合门的结构和加工工艺。

Abstract

Wood-based composite doors are increasingly visible in the market and have gained favorable preference from consumers.Doors made from wood-based composites have advantages over ones made of solid wood such as better performance and lower cost.A door made with ordinary finger-jointed wood for its frame,medium density fiberboard for its substrate,and sliced veneer from precious wood species for its faces,was developed in this study.A detailed description of the structure,process,and improvements regarding the wood composite door was also presented.
