摘要

利用低温等离子技术进行竹片表面处理,可有效改进竹片的胶合性能。文中详细介绍了竹片表面等离子处理机的设计、开发、研制与调试。等离子处理机的应用与推广,可使竹条制备加工实现尺寸最大化,提高竹地板以及其他竹产品的原料利用率,降低生产成本。

Abstract

This paper introduces a surface treatment of low temperature plasma on bamboo strips to improve their surface gluability and increase the product efficiency.A detailed description of this technique as applied to commercial equipment such as design,manufacture,and installation was described.A low temperature plasma processor was successfully used in a commercial plant.The result showed that after surface treatment bamboo utilization and bonding strength were both improved.
