摘要

通过研究刨花表面胶液分布状态,对定向刨花板（OSB）力学性能的影响。提出:喷嘴气压对胶液的雾化及胶滴直径有直接影响,在设定的气压范围内,压力越高,雾化效果越好,胶滴直径越小;刨花表面的胶滴直径及分布状况对OSB的IB、MOE∥和MOR∥均有显著影响;胶滴直径越小,分布越均匀,则产品各项性能越好。

Abstract

In this article,the relation between resin distribution on strand surfaces and mechanical properties of oriented strand board（OSB） was studied.The results found that the pressure of the spray nozzle determined the diameter of resin droplets,and higher pressure resulted in resin droplets with smaller diameter.Further tests on the mechanical properties of OSB showed that the IB,MOE∥ and MOR∥ of OSB were changed remarkably with the diameter of resin droplets and resin distribution on strand surfaces.Small diameter resin droplets and symmetrical resin distribution were helpful for improving mechanical properties for OSB.
