摘要

对以兰考泡桐旋切单板和脲醛树脂胶为原料制造单板层积材的工艺进行了研究。结果表明,热压温度为130℃,热压时间为1.4min/mm板厚,双面涂胶量为380g/m2,泡桐木单板层积材的物理力学性能良好,各项性能指标均可达到室内用材要求。

Abstract

Following a series of experiments that had verified the feasibility of manufacturing （laminated） veneer lumber from Paulownia （Paulownia elongate） with urea-formaldehyde resin, the （authors） arranged an orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum technology parameters. （Results） showed that under the conditions of hot pressing at a temperature of 130 ℃, hot pressing time for （1.4） min/mm and glue spread of 380 g/m,2, all the physical and mechanical properties of the Paulownia LVL samples could satisfy the requirements for indoors materials.
