摘要

利用自制助剂 ,在酚醛树脂（ PF）合成过程中对其进行改性 ,并通过喷雾干燥工艺研制出环保型无毒酚醛粉状树脂 ;同时探讨了升温速度、改性剂、助剂、干燥系统参数等试验条件对该改性酚醛树脂胶性能的影响 ,测试结果表明 ,制备的改性酚醛树脂胶的性能可满足国标 GB14 732 - 93规定的要求

Abstract

In this study, the authors prepared an environmentally friendly and low toxicity powder phenol formaldehyde （PF） resin for plywood manufacturing. The resin was modified by adding some modifiers and other materials which were developed by the authors during the resin synthesizing process. They also discussed other influencing factors, such as temperature rate of rise and modifiers that affect the properties of the PF resin. According to the test results, the technical indices of the PF resin have met the minimum requirements of the Chinese National Standards GB 14732 93. Furthermore, the properties of plywood, glued by the modified PF resin, could meet the requirements of the Chinese National Standards GB/T 9846.1～12 88.
