摘要

采用百度试验法对2.5cm厚相思树木材干燥特性进行了研究和分析,参照百度试验缺陷等级以及干燥缺陷对应的干燥条件拟定了初步的干燥基准并进行相关的工艺试验及干燥材质量检验。结果表明:相思树木材属难干材,干燥速度宜为0.32%/h,干燥周期9.5天,干燥质量可达到国家二级锯材干燥标准。

Abstract

The drying characteristics of Rich Acaica（Acacia confusa） wood was investigated following the procedure described in the 100℃ test method. The drying rate was 0.32%/h and the drying duration lasted for 228 hours （9.5 days）. Performance test results showed that Rich Acaica belongs to the wood drying classification of "difficult to dry", yet this study demonstrated that the quality was capable of reaching the Chinese National Standard second grade level for sawn lumber drying. 
