摘要

研究了生产阻燃耐水型桉树复合板材的木片处理工艺。结果表明 :桉树木片可溶性物质对复合板的物理力学性能影响显著 ;木片处理的适宜工艺为 :在常温常压下 ,分别用浓度 0 .2 % Na OH水溶液和浓度 1 0 %～ 1 5 %的水玻璃溶液各浸泡木片 48h。处理后的木片生产阻燃耐水型复合板 ,其表面硬度、耐磨性、阻燃性、抗腐性和耐水性均显著地优于普通实木地板材料。

Abstract

Eucalyptus chips were used as raw materials for manufacture of fire proof and water resistant wood based composite board. Effects of chip treatment on properties of the board were examined. The results indicated that chip treatment influenced the physical and mechanical properties of the board greatly. Chips treatment suitable for manufacture of fire proof and water resistant wood based composite board could be adopted as follows: 1)chips were submerged in 0.2% NaOH for 48 hours under room temperature; 2)chips were submerged in 10%～15% sodium silicate for 48 hours under room temperature.
