摘要

采用低分子量酚醛树脂改性大青杨木材，处理材尺寸稳定，增容作用也较大，同时大大提高木材的力学性能。当树脂浓度为１０％时，处理材的ＡＳＥ湿达６９％，ＡＳＥ水’达７５％，ＭＥＥ达５２％，顺纹抗压强度提高２３％。若与气干状态下的素材比较，提高７８％，可与硬阔叶树材相媲美。

Abstract

The Populus ussuriensis wood was modified with phenol formaldehyde (PF) resin of low molecular weight. The modified wood was in good dimensional stability, bulged and strengthened largely at the same time. As far as the modified wood with 10% PF was concerned, its ASE (moisture)was 69%, ASE (water′)was 75%, its MEE was 52% and its maximum compression strength parallel to the grain was increased by 23%. The compression strength was increased by 78% compared with that in air dried condition. The treated wood was as strong as some strong hardwoods.
