摘要

研制的DJQ—1型木材干燥室,具有一台大号轴流通风机,位于木堆端部,形成水平空气循环和可逆气流。干燥室的壳体为钢铝结构,对干燥室的侵蚀条件具有良好的防护性能。木材可以干燥到需要的程度而不致产生开裂、变形和缺陷。与砖砌混凝土干燥室相比,热量损失较少。干燥成本低,占地面积较小,需要时移动方便。适用于中、小型工厂对于中、小量锯材干燥的需要。可以干燥各种树种的木材。也可用于高温干燥。

Abstract

The developed timber kiln model DJQ-1 has a large axial fan which is placed at the end of the stack and forms a horizontal and reverse air flow. The kiln house is of steel and aluminium constructure, which has been proven to have good properties in corrosion resistance. Comparing to the brick and concrete plant, it offers low drying cost, occupies a little area and could be moved easily if necessary. It is suitable for small and medium workshops and factories that have small and medium demands for sawntimber supplied with all species. It is also suitable for high-temperature drying.
