摘要

小六棱柱体精准成型机用于将锯切加工的六棱柱体毛坯加工成尺寸精确、表面质量好的小六棱柱体,是生产大断面六棱柱体集成材最关键的设备之一。应用SolidWorks软件,进行小六棱柱体精准成型机的三维建模设计与运动仿真分析,为物理样机的制造提供依据。

Abstract

Small six-sided cylinder precision molding machine,as one of the key machines in hexagon large section glulam production,is used to cut a rough six-sided cylinder into small sixsided cylinder with accurate dimension and good surface quality.In this paper,the authors described the 3DDesign and Simulation of small six-sided cylinder precision molding machine based on SolidWorks,which provided a basis for developing physical prototype.
