Sanding is an important process in wood door manufacturing for overall appearance.Wooden doors made from ash,black walnut,and cherry decorative veneers were selected for their irregular appearance for this study.The doors were sanded and painted twice with primer.The surface roughness was evaluated before and after each sanding process.The authors expect the results will provide a reference for optimizing the wood door sanding process,improving door quality and establishing relevant standards.
