The social and marketing background of the global furniture industry and its business-operational patterns are analyzed in this paper.The following factors governing quality control procedures（QCP） for the furniture industry were studied: personnel,material,equipment,and methods of management.The method to build a smooth and controllable QCP in a furniture manufacturing facility is to use the 4M1E methodology,i.e.,men,materials,machines,method,and environment.The management of the furniture QCP is a working system that considers different industries,manufacturers,and organizations and controls the very individual nodes within the QCP.
