A distributed control system for a medium density fiberboard（MDF） production line based on JX-300X is described.The whole system consists of three parts,including management level,which takes charge the production management task of a factory,an SCConnect OPC Server,as the local or long-distance server for collecting and storing the data for the production processes,and the remote visualization of the data and the condition of production processes accomplished by the monitoring software.Through an overall analysis of the remote visualization and the data of production processes,the high-efficient automatic control for production processes is realized.This system may increase the output of MDF by 20%.
