The authors made research improvements on the manufacturing technology for coal-ash cement particleboard.Using ordinary cement（#32.5）,they conducted a series experiments to evaluate the most dominate factors and their levels,to ensure the best properties from coal-ash cement particleboard.Through analysis of the results,optimum parameters for the proportion of coal-ash substituted for cement,additive usage,board density,ratio of water and coal-ash to cement,were determined.
