The experiment was to find out an environment friendly preservative to protect the Rubberwood （Hevea brasiliensis） from blue stain and mould. Chemicals used to treat the Rubberwood were borax and boric acid, Parachem, Antiblu 20EC and Antiborer 10EC. Results showed that the permanence of the preservative of Antiblu 20EC could least four weeks regardless of the Rubberwood treated with or without borax and boric acid, and three months for the Parachem treated Rubberwood. The Rubberwood could be well protected by pressure treatment with the preservative of boride and half minute infusion treatment with Antiblu 20EC.
