In this article, the influences of bleaching solution formula and technology on bleaching effect and processing cost were analysed. Results showed that satisfied bleaching result could be acquired when bleaching solution made up by hydrogen peroxide solution （H 2O 2） 35～40 g/L, sodium silicate （Na 2SiO 3） 5～6 g/L, SETI 01 3.5～4.0 g/L, pH value 9.5～11, under bleaching processing condition with bath ratio of 1∶7, soaking temperature of 85～90 ℃ and soaking time for 60～80 min.
