This paper is mainly focused on the study as follows: the different performance of methane diisocyanate （MDI） from abroad and domestic; influences of glue dosage and particle’s moisture on properties of wheat straw homogeneous board; effect’s appraise of the mixture of urea formaldehyde （UF） and MDI. The results showed that the use of MDI of imported or local made had no notable difference on board properties, the change of glue dosage in core layer and face layer had a remarkable influence on internal bond of board when the total glue dosage kept no change.
