Research Status of Sanding Theory and Technology for Wood Materials
Sanding is a critical technique in machine processing, which displays significant influence on wood surface quality and interface bonding performance of wood products. This article summarized the surface creation mechanism and sanding efficacy failure mechanism. Furthermore, the key technique was introduced on wood sanding process. Meanwhile, perspectives on the development of wood sanding technology were proposed for future research.
