摘要

高性能重组木作为一种新型工程木产品，因其优异的力学性能和尺寸稳定性在建筑领域具有广泛的应用潜力，但其尺寸效应对力学强度的影响尚缺乏系统研究。研究制备不同截面积和受拉长度的高性能杨木重组木试件，测试其顺纹抗拉强度，采用对数正态分布分析强度百分位数，并基于最弱链理论确定尺寸效应系数。结果表明，随着截面积和受拉长度变化，高性能杨木重组木的抗拉强度存在明显的尺寸效应。受拉长度尺寸效应系数

Abstract

High-performance wood scrimber

as a novel engineered wood product

exhibits significant potential for applications in construction due to its excellent mechanical properties

and dimensional stability. However

the size effect on its mechanical strength remains understudied. This study focused on high-performance poplar wood scrimber

preparing specimens with varying cross-sectional areas and tensile lengths to test their tensile strength parallel to grain. The strength percentiles were analyzed using a lognormal distribution

and size effect coefficients were determined based on the weakest link theory. Results indicated that the tensile strength of high-performance poplar wood scrimber exhibited a significant size effect with changes in cross-sectional area and tensile length.
