摘要

为探究浸渍纸层压木质地板翘曲变形的原因,从浸渍纸、地板基材以及热压工艺、平衡处理时间等因素选取变量,以不同水平组合制备强化木地板,按GB/T 18102—2007标准方法测试地板的翘曲度。结果表明:地板基材用纤维板的翘曲变形和密度,热压工艺中上、下热压板的温度差,以及浸渍纸的组合等因素,对强化木地板的翘曲变形存在不同程度的影响。

Abstract

The experiments on manufacturing laminate floor coverings under different variables of impregnated paper, substrate material, hot pressing process and conditioning time were carried out in order to find out the causes of warping deformation. The warp of the flooring was tested according to the national standard GB/T 18102—2007. The results showed that the warping deformation and density of fiberboard for flooring substrate, the temperature difference between the upper and lower hot platens in hot pressing process, and the combination of impregnated paper, had effects on warping deformation of laminate floor coverings.
