This paper reviewed the first automatically assembly line for laminated wooden doors made in China. The assembly line consists of the door frame material preparation, wood width and transportation, prefabricated parts storage and feeding system, door frame assembly system, core material feeding, panel feeding, door leaf assembly and door leaf system. A fully automatic flexible production line was formed, which actualizes manufacturing processes including frame processing, door core material filling, frame assembly and panel pressing before door assembling, hence the levels of the machine tools technology and manufacturing process of wooden doors were enhanced.
