摘要

采用伺服比例阀与电磁球阀结合固定节流孔两种方式控制的液压系统,用于人造板连续压机,分析并对比系统对板坯加压响应时间的影响,为不同运行速度的人造板生产线液压系统控制阀选型提出建议。

Abstract

The authors calculated and analyzed different mat pressing response times in continuous presses by a hydraulic servo control valve and an electromagnetic ball valve combined with fixed orifice,respectively. Therefore, suggestions for selecting hydraulic control valves for continuous presses in wood-based panel production lines with different speeds were presented.
