摘要

针对人造板连续压机生产线数据存储实时性差,无法有效利用的问题,开发基于SQL Server的实时数据库,能够实现数据的存储与查询,工艺参数的存储与应用,故障点数据的回溯查询等功能。介绍实时数据库技术在人造板企业工业控制系统与管理系统信息交互拓展中的应用案例。

Abstract

The authors developed a real-time database based on an SQL Server to solve problems of poor real-time storage and ineffective utilization of data from a continuous press panel production line. Therefore, the data storage and query, storage and application of the process parameters as well as retrospective query of the fault data were all realized. Implementation plans for information interaction between the control systems and the management systems in wood-based panel companies were presented with the real-time database technology.
