摘要

通过对比试验,分析浸渍胶膜纸的不同浸胶量对饰面中密度纤维板耐冷热循环、耐磨、耐香烟灼烧、耐龟裂、耐污染腐蚀、耐水蒸气等表面性能的影响。结果表明,胶膜纸的浸胶量控制在120%,1,40%之间,饰面中纤板表面的各项性能指标均达到GB/T 15102-2006《浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板》的要求。

Abstract

Different resin consumptions were used to make melamine-impregnated paper which were then overlaid on medium density fiberboard（MDF） samples. The surface resistances of the MDF samples were tested. The results showed that when the resin consumption of the impregnated paper was between 120% to 140%, all of the properties of the samples tested could meet the requirements of the National Standard GB/T 15102-2006 for surface decorated wood-based panels.
