摘要

对红木家具生产中的直角榫榫卯配合尺寸进行测量,计算并发现直角榫榫卯三维结构的公差配合规律。实测结果显示,红木家具构件直角榫公差配合关系中,榫眼宽与榫头厚为过盈配合,与QB/T 4452-2013《木家具极限与配合》要求略有差异,分析产生差异的原因,提出标准修改建议。

Abstract

The authors measured and analyzed three-dimensional sizes of rectangular mortise and tenon joints used in modern Hongmu furniture products. The main tolerance and fit rule for rectangular mortise and tenon joints was that tenon thickness and mortise width were interference fit, which was different from the specifications of Standard QB/T 4452-2013 for Wooden furniture-Limit and fit. Revising the above standard was proposed.
