摘要

通过热重和锥形量热仪,测试分析聚磷酸铵（APP）处理竹基纤维复合材料的燃烧特性。结果表明:竹基纤维复合材料的热解过程可分为四个阶段,其中200,3,50℃是热解的主要阶段;与未处理试样相比,APP处理试样的释热速度、释热总量、失重率、发烟总量等指标值均有下降,阻燃性能得到改善。

Abstract

Combustion characteristics of crushed bamboo-mat composite treated with ammonium polyphosphate（APP）were analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis and cone calorimeter.The results showed that pyrolysis process of crushed bamboo-mat composite could be divided into four stages with the main stage from 200 ℃ to 350 ℃.Compared to untreated materials,the treated composite showed better fire resistance performance,such as lower heat release rate（HRR）,total heat release（THR）,mass loss rate（MLR）and total smoke production（TSP）.
