摘要

采用甘油水溶液预处理青杨木材,然后在不同热压温度及保压时间条件下制备压缩木,考察其微观构造、变形回复率及表面硬度。结果表明:热压温度越高、保压时间越长,木材压缩变形回复率越低,但保压时间过长会导致压缩木的表面硬度降低。优化压缩工艺为:热压温度180℃、保压时间30min;或热压温度160℃、保压时间60min。

Abstract

Poplar samples were pretreated with a 50%（volume fraction）glycerin solution and then compressed at various temperatures and times.The samples were then measured and analyzed for recovery ratio,surface hardness and microscopic.The results showed that the recovery ratio decreased while the compressive temperature and time increased but the surface hardness was reduced when the compressive time was longer than 60min.The optimum processing parameters was 30min compression at 180℃ or 60min compression at 160℃.
