摘要

本文研究了单宁胶刨花板含水率及浸水时间对吸水厚度膨胀率的影响。研究结果表明，在相同条件下，单宁胶刨花板含水率与吸水厚度膨胀率之间呈高度显著的线性关系；在试验范围内，含水率每增加或减少１％，刨花板的吸水厚度膨胀率相应地降低或提高０．９０％。浸水时间（ｘ）与吸水厚度膨胀率（ｙ）之间呈高度显著性的幂函数关系：ｙ＝３．５１ｘ０．３５。单宁胶杨木刨花板的２４ｈ吸水厚度膨胀率是２ｈ的２．３９倍

Abstract

In this paper,the influence of moisture content and water soaking time of tannin resin bonded particleboard on thickness swelling was experimented The results showed that the thickness swelling rate was highly remarkably linear with the moisture content In the experiment, the thickness swelling rate corespondingly decreased or increased by 0 9% while the moisture content increased or decreased by 1% The water soaking time (x) had highly remarkable relation with the thickness swelling rate(y),i e y=3 51x 0 35  The thickness swelling rate of tannin resin bonded aspen particleboard in 24 hour water soaking was 2 39 time as high as that in 2 hours
