摘要

刨花板在不同的湿度环境里产生变形的主要原因是内部水分分布不均，因此了解水分在刨花板中的迁移过程、摸清其规律，对于控制刨花板的变形是非常必要的。本文在测定刨花板动态扩散系数和周边换水系数的基础上，用数值方法（有限元法和有限差分法相结合）计算分析了刨花板内水分迁移的过程，预测刨花板在某一湿度环境里储存时各处的湿度分布，并用试验验证了这计算和预测的可靠性。

Abstract

The main reason of the deformation of particleboards in differentmoisture conditions is uneven distribution of moisture content in the particle-board,It is necessary to study the processes of moisture transfer for control-ling the deformation of particleboard. First,the moisture unsteady-state diffusion coefficients and surface emissioncoefficients of particleboards were determined experimentally in this study. Then the processes of moisture transfer in particleboards were analyzed andthe moisture distributions of particleboards which were stored under differ ent moisture conditions were predicted by using the numerical method thecombination of finite element method(LEM)and finite difference method(FDM)Finally,the results of computation were proved by experiments。
