在我国制造业智能化转型的进程中,区块链技术引起广泛关注。总结区块链技术的理论基础、技术及应用等现状,结合家居智能制造目前存在的问题,探究其在家居智能制造业中应用的可行性,重点从定制家居产品质量溯源管理、生产制造过程的智能化管理、供应链运营管理、信息物理系统(cyber physical systems,CPS)平台组建和管理等方面提出区块链技术助力家居智能制造企业管理创新的路径,促进区块链技术与家居智能制造有效融合,推进家居制造业向智能制造转型。
In the process of intelligent transformation in China’s manufacturing industry
blockchain technology has attracted wide attention. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis
technology
and application status of blockchain technology
and explores its feasibility in the application of home intelligent manufacturing aiming to address existing problems in this field. The focus is on customized home product quality traceability management
intelligent management of production and manufacturing process
supply chain operation management
establishment and management of CPS platform
and other aspects where blockchain technology can aid in home smart manufacturing enterprises’ management innovation path. This aims to improve home smart manufacturing management capabilities and promote the effective integration of blockchain technology and home smart manufacturing
thereby advancing the transformation of home manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
