家居企业数字化转型与产品数字化设计的发展趋势

企业数字化转型已成为企业适应数字经济、谋求生存发展的必然选择。企业数字化转型是基于数字化技术,重塑或创新企业的业务模式、制造模式和管理模式,以提高企业组织管理效能和业务运营效率,提升产品(或服务)质量和用户体验。家居企业的数字化转型,最主要的体现是家居产品的数字化设计与制造,其中数字化设计是通过数字化的手段来支持家居产品设计研发与生产制造全过程,进而快速满足用户的个性化需求。本文主要分析企业数字化转型、产品数字化设计与制造、定制家居产品数字化设计的内涵与发展趋势,以期为我国传统家具或定制家居企业的数字化转型或产品的数字化设计与制造提供指导。
Digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to adapt to the digital economy and seek survival and development. Enterprise digital transformation is based on digital technology to reshape or innovate the business model, manufacturing model, and management model of the enterprise, in order to improve the organizational management and business operation efficiency, the quality of products (or services), and user experience. The digital transformation of home furnishing manufacturing is mainly reflected in the digital design and digital manufacturing of home furnishing products. Among them, the digital design is to support the whole process of home product design, development, and manufacturing through digital methods, and then efficiently meets the personalized needs of end-users. This paper mainly analyzes the status and trends of digital transformation, digital design, and digital manufacturing in custom home furnishing industry. It provides guidance for traditional furniture and custom home furnishing manufacturing, in the digital design and digital manufacturing.
