数控技术的应用是实现家具智能制造的关键,也是促进我国制造业发展的重要途径。阐述数控技术的构成、特点及其发展历程。以板式家具生产为例,介绍数控技术在我国家具制造开料、封边、钻孔等工序中的应用现状,提出开发自适应的数控应用程序、发展多元化数控技术、搭建数字化管控平台等发展策略。
The application of numerical control technology is the key to realizing intelligent manufacturing of furniture, which promotes the development of the Chinese manufacturing industry. In this paper, the composition, characteristics, and developing process of numerical control technology was explained. Meanwhile, considering the panel furniture manufacture as an example, it was emphasized on the application status of numerical control technology applied in the material sawing, edge banding, drilling processes. The strategies for the furniture manufacturing industry were put forward such as developing adaptive numerical control application program, developing diversified technology, building numerical control platform and so on.
