“数字化”成为各行业和企业转型升级和高质量发展的重要途径。梳理数字化转型的内涵,明确传统家具企业的数字化转型内涵:通过业务互联及数字技术的融合,最终完成客户价值再创造、商业模式创新、企业战略调整。总结数字化转型的三大切入场景:业务场景、业务流程、运营管理,提出数字化转型的路径。阐述传统家具企业数字化转型系统架构搭建方法:用系统思维通过企业顶层战略规划指导设计数字化转型业务架构,由业务架构决定数字化转型的技术、应用和数据架构。结合某传统家具企业实例进一步简述业务架构四大要素:业务流程、业务功能、组织架构、业务数据的识别与分析,列举适用于家具企业的数字化技术。,2
At present, “Digitalization” is an important way for industries and companies to achieve upgrading and high-quality development. This paper clarifies the connotation of digital transformation of traditional furniture companies by categorizing the connotation of digital transformation. Through business interconnection and integration of digital technology, customer value recreation is completed and business model innovation and enterprise strategy are upgraded. The three breakthrough scenarios of digital transformation were summarized as: business scenario digitalization, business process digitalization, and operation management digitalization. The principle of digital transformation for traditional furniture companies were proposed to determine their current stage. Using system thinking, it expounds construction methods of digital transformation technology structure for traditional furniture companies: guiding the design of digital transformation business structure through the top-level strategic planning of the enterprise, determining the technology, application and data structure of digital transformation by the business structure, guiding the digital transformation team to choose appropriate digital technologies and complete the design of specific technology, data and application structure through the business structure, so as to avoid the huge gap from the top-level strategy to the implementation of technology directly. Using an example of a traditional furniture company, it further describes the four elements in the business structure: business process, business function, organizational structure, and identification and analysis of business data. Finally, it provides a list of digital technologies applicable to furniture companies.
