面向智能制造的家居企业信息化管理,要在信息来源唯一的基础上实现过程集成与共享。分析家居企业智能制造的两个关键管控系统——企业资源计划(enterprise resource planning,ERP)和制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)的形成过程及应用问题,并结合ERP和MES的基本特征,总结二者集成管理在定制家居企业中的应用优势。在此基础上,针对面向智能制造的定制家居产品加工周期短、工艺路线变化多的特点,提出面向智能制造的家居企业ERP/MES集成关键技术,包括:ERP/MES集成管理模块的构建、ERP/MES系统整体流程优化和信息集成、面向产品全生命周期的ERP/MES信息集成、基于非线性工艺排产的ERP/MES信息集成,为家居企业实现数字化智能制造和信息化管控转型升级提供参考。
Home furnishing informatization management for intelligent manufacturing requires information sources on the unique basis of integration and sharing. This paper interprets the formation process and problems existing in the application of two key control systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) for the intelligent manufacturing. It was analyzed of the application advantages of the integration of ERP and MES management systems in home furnishing enterprises combined with the basic characteristics of ERP and MES. Regarding to the short processing cycle and many changes in process routes of customized furnishing products for intelligent manufacturing, this paper proposed the key points of ERP / MES integration technology for furniture enterprises intelligent manufacturing. It includes the construction of ERP/MES integrated management module, the overall process optimization and information integration of ERP/MES system, the ERP/MES information integration for the whole product life cycle, and the ERP/MES information integration based on non-linear process scheduling. It provides a reference for home furnishing enterprises to realize digital intelligent manufacturing and transformation of information control.
