针对目前家具企业余料多数产生于开料工段的现状及在管控方面的问题,结合企业的信息化建设情况,提出一种余料信息与物流同步管控的方法。通过余料分类编码,应用企业资源计划(ERP)与制造执行系统(MES)信息交互技术和射频识别(RFID)技术对余料信息进行采集与处理,掌控余料的物流流转和即时信息,从而实现余料合理存储和最大程度的再利用。
The effective management and reuse of wood residual is an important step to improve the utilization rate of raw materials in the mass customized furniture industry. In the present situations the majority of the raw material residual is generated in the sawing process. To solve the existing problems in the management of wood residual in the furniture manufacturing, combining with the information system of the enterprises, a management method of the synchronization of wood residual data and logistics is proposed. By coding the wood residual classifications, integrated with the information interaction between ERP and MES, and RFID technology, the wood residual data is collected and processed. The logistics flow and real-time information of wood residual are monitored, therefore an efficient storage system and maximized reuse of wood residual are achieved.
