以板式定制家具规模化生产为主线,通过分析板式定制家具典型生产工艺,总结柔性制造的关键设备包括仓储设备、数控裁板锯、封边设备、钻孔设备、分拣设备、自动包装设备等,提出板式定制家具典型柔性生产线设备配置方案,为企业建立生产线提供参考。
The current project analyzes the distinctive flexible manufacturing process of the mass production line for the customized panel furniture. The key equipment of flexible manufacturing including the storage equipment, the CNC cut-to-size saw, the edge banding machine, the drilling machine, the sorting machine, the automatic packaging machine, etc,., were summarized. The equipment configuration of flexible production line for customized panel furniture is proposed to provide a reference for customized panel furniture manufacturers.
