通过对板式定制家具揉单排产基本情况进行调研,分析归纳企业资源计划系统(ERP)和制造执行系统(MES)下影响揉单排产效率的主要因素。结合目标企业的揉单排产实际需求,提出基于ERP和MES系统信息交互的揉单排产技术方案,主要针对揉单排产流程和数据同步进行设计。该技术在目标企业的应用中提升了揉单排产的效率,可为板式定制家具企业的揉单排产规划提供借鉴。
Based on an investigation of current status of scheduling production of customized panel-furniture, the authors analyzed the main factors that affected the scheduling efficiency under the enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing execution system (MES) . Combined with the actual target of the furniture manufacturer, a mixing and scheduling technology based on information interaction between ERP and MES, which was mainly designed for scheduling process and data synchronization, was proposed. When applying the technology in a production line, the efficiency and accuracy of scheduling production were improved. It was expected to provide references for customized panel-furniture manufacturers to make a mixing and scheduling production plan.
