木制品加工中产生的边角料的处理和再利用一直是企业面临的难题。通过分析家具企业木材边角料的产生、种类和再利用途径,提出两种循环利用模式:企业自建循环生产模式和第三方运营生产模式,并辅以案例分析,为家具企业提供可行的方案。
The processing and reuse of wood waste in the production of wooden products has always been a major challenge in furniture manufacturing. Two recycle models were proposed based on the analysis of the wood waste generation and types, and the possibility of reusing the wood waste from furniture manufacturing. The first model is to recycle wood waste within furniture manufacturing. The second model is to sell the wood waste to external recycle process system. The authentic case analysis provides feasible solutions for the furniture manufactures.
